Our tennis/pickleball courts feature lighting courts controlled by the users

BEACH

We have dedicated beach access through a private beach walkover owned by the association.   There are two gazebos located just off the beach to relax in if you need to get out of the sun.  A beach shower with both body and foot showers is on the way back from the beach.

We've known it for quite a while, but it is officially no longer our secret.  Coastal Living has officially declared our beach as one of the best beach in the world. 

AMENITIES

Our pool area has a beautiful, large main pool as well as a hot tub.  Our pool has a stunning two sided waterfall feature.

CHARCOAL GRILLS

Two grilling areas are available for your convenience.   Each has three grills by the Lagoon, perfect for sunset dinners.

DOCKS & BOATS

We have two piers with benches and lighting, both docks are favorites with fisherman and crabbers, we even have a fish cleaning station on the east pier. Once you arrive with your boat or jet skis you will pay $25.00 for your vehicle and $20.00 for your trailer which entitles you use of the boat launch and slips.   On the northwest corner of the property is where parking for boat trailers is. ​

SHUFFLEBOARD

A shuffleboard court is located next to the tennis courts.
