DOCKS & BOATS

We have two piers with benches and lighting, both docks are favorites with fisherman and crabbers, we even have a fish cleaning station on the east pier. Once you arrive with your boat or jet skis you will pay $30.00 for your vehicle and $30.00 for your trailer which entitles you use of the boat launch and slips. On the northwest corner of the property is where parking for boat trailers is.

POOL
Our pool area has a beautiful, large main pool as well as a hot tub. Our pool has a stunning two sided waterfall feature.

TENNIS COURTS

Our tennis/pickleball courts feature lighting courts controlled by the users

SHUFFLEBOARD

A shuffleboard court is located next to the tennis courts.

CHARCOAL GRILLS

Two grilling areas are available for your convenience. Each has three grills by the Lagoon, perfect for sunset dinners.

BEACH

We have dedicated beach access through a private beach walkover owned by the association. There are two gazebos located just off the beach to relax in if you need to get out of the sun. A beach shower with both body and foot showers is on the way back from the beach.

We've known it for quite a while, but it is officially no longer our secret. Coastal Living has officially declared our beach as one of the best beach in the world.
