ELEVATORS

Four elevators are provided for your convenience!   There are two elevators in the A building, and one each in the B and C buildings.  One elevator in the A building is powered by generator backup so it even works during power outages.

PARKING

We have plenty of parking.  We have a large parking lot in front of the complex as well as parking on each side.  The parking under the buildings are restricted to owners only with proper registration.  

PARKING REGISTRATION FEE

Vehicle Parking Registration fee is $25.00.  Please be sure and get a parking registration from the office upon arrival if during business hours.  

BOAT/JET SKI TRAILER PARKING FEE

Boat or Jet Ski Trailer Registration Fee is $20.00.  With your $20.00 paid fee you will have access to the boat ramp and boat slips. 

CABLE TV

Basic Cable Television is provided to all units by the association.

WIRELESS INTERNET

 It is the responsibility of the condo owners to provide WiFi inside the condo units themselves if they desire.  Some owners provide WiFi in the units and some do not, please inquire prior to booking if you will need this.

TRASH

There are trash chutes conveniently located near the elevator(s) on each floor of each building. Please dispose of your household garbage in plastic bags when during your stay or when vacating your unit.

OFFICE HOURS

Office hours are 8:00 am to 4:00 pm seven days per week during busy months and 6 days a week during the winter..

PETS

Guests are NOT permitted to have pets.

Gulf Shores Surf and Racquet Club is a beautiful Gulf Shores Condo complex. It has 179 condominiums on West Beach Boulevard in Gulf Shores, Alabama.

All units are individually owned.  Rentals are available directly from the owners or their rental agencies with some listed on the CONDO RENTALpage.
