This page consists of corporate and financial documents relating to the Gulf Shores Surf and Racquet Club.  

We are asked regularly for our corporate documents.  When asked, we refer folks to the Baldwin County Judge of Probate site where they are filed.   This is still the best place to get these documents but as a convenience we are posting copies here as well.

Below, we have done our best to accurately post our Articles of Incorporation, our Declaration of Condominium, our By Laws and all revisions to these documents. Please understand that the copies posted here are for convenience only.  While we believe these documents are accurate and we think we have posted all the revisions, they are not the official documents.  The official documents are posted on the Baldwin County Alabama Judge of Probate site.  If there is any variance between the copies posted here and the the documents posted at the Judge of Probate, then the controlling documents are the ones on file at the Judge of Probate.​
