Owner to Owners Messages

This program enables Gulf Shores Surf and Racquet Club Owners to send condo related messages to other owners.  We are calling these, "Owner to Owners" messages.  The board feels this may prove helpful to owners so we are going to try it and see how it goes.  

This can be useful, for example, if you accidentally double book your unit and are searching for another available unit.  

Only messages directly relating to the Gulf Shores Surf and Racquet Club are permitted.

Examples of permitted messages are:

Emergency rentals because of double booking or maintenance issues.

Condo units for sale or purchase - NO REALTORS!

Condo furniture for sale or purchase

Examples of prohibited messages are:​

Regular open dates you may have

Your booked and looking for dates open for a guest (refer to Condos Page) 

Requests for charitable donations

Cars for sale or purchase

Other property for sale or purchase

​Church and club postings

Surveys and questionnaires

Business recommendations

Kathy Gordon is handling the Owner to Owners messages.  To request that a message be sent to all owners send an email to goodbykat24@yahoo.com  or Owners@gssrc.org

Assuming your email meets requirements, it will be copied and pasted into a message that will go out to all owners.   Be sure and include your unit number, email address and phone number so responding owners can contact you directly.​
